Please Note: Due to the vintage nature of the glass offered, some minor wear is to be expected. Common non-damage occurrences include tool marks, annealing checks, pontil marks (to the bases, sides, and feet of glass vases, bowls, paperweights and figurines), furnace ash, internal bubbles, and surface bubbles. These are inherent with vintage glass and " are not" considered after factory damage and are not included in the descriptions.
Any unusual wear or damage is carefully noted in our description. And whenever possible, pictures are shown too.
All attributions are based on 30+ years of collecting art glass experience, Glass Books, Antique auction catalogs, artist labels & signatures, and fellow advanced collectors. It has been noted in many glass reference books that even "Experts" do not always agree on an attribution of certain items. This is due to lack of notes and the well known protection by family's for keeping secret the art glass techniques that are passed down from generation to generation. However, It is possible that an attribution is incorrect. We always welcome references and cites to help obtained the correct attributions.
All our items are consider an "as is" sell and no refunds and returns unless it is found a gross inaccurate description of the piece. In the event of such occurrence, item will be accepted back If we are notified within Five days of receipt. Item must be returned to us within 7 days of your receipt. Returned items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Shipping cost and insurance fees are not refundable, and the return shipping costs and insurance fees will be incurred at the buyer's expense as well as any bank charges and a $50.00 restocking fee.
If you find (after factory) damage on a piece that was not mentioned or the description was grossly inaccurate, we do not negotiate discounts to the agreed sales price.
We do accept them returned within 7 days for the sales price "less" shipping and handling expenses and insurance.
There are two options: Keep the item or return it for a refund "less" shipping and handling and expenses and restocking fee.
Items sent back, must be mailed priority mail and insured with delivery confirmation at the buyers expense.
